Buying an apartment in Dubai Marina
Dubai Marina is a high-rise waterfront district built around a man-made canal, with the tram and two metro stations at its edges. We list 13 developer projects here, 4 of them with a published price, starting at AED 1.1M.
Studios, one, two and three bedrooms
Layout decides the price here more than the view does. Studios and one-bedrooms are the entry into the district and the bulk of resale stock; two and three-bedroom units sit in the taller towers and on the canal frontage, where the same floor area costs noticeably more. Four-bedroom apartments and penthouses exist but are rare, and developers usually price them on request rather than publishing a figure.
Who builds here
The projects in our catalogue come from Emaar, DAMAC, Sobha and Danube. That mix matters for the buyer: Emaar and Sobha towers sit on the water, DAMAC's stock here is older and comes up mostly as completed buildings, and Danube prices at the bottom of the district's range.
Where the prices come from
Every figure is the developer's own published "from" price with the date we took it, not a market estimate and not a broker's number. Where a developer publishes nothing, the project reads "on request" instead of being filled in with an average — which is why 4 of the 13 projects show a price and the rest do not.
